Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

All Wanderskye products underwent performance and quality tests to secure all standards are strictly met before making it available for sale. Wanderskye is committed in providing quality products that are free from material, workmanship and electrical defects.

Wanderskye takes pride in all our products, but, in an event when you encounter problems with our products, Wanderskye will not accommodate refund but we will gladly provide either replacement of the similar product or exchange with the same/or equal amount, upon our discretion. In any case that the selected item is below the original amount of the damage item, the excess is non-refundable.

Wanderskye will provide 7 days warranty from the date of purchase to all our products except for the Vintage Luggage.

For online orders, the 7 days warranty will take effect on the day the buyer receives the item.

Warranty does not cover the following;

1. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, improper care, neglect, abuse and cosmetic damages due to normal wear and tear.
2. Missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Tampering of the product.
4. Do not have the original tags on them.

To be eligible for this policy, the client must have the following;

1. Original proof of purchase.
2. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Must be in the original packaging.

For online orders, item must be shipped back to 7211-B M.Ocampo Street Brgy. Pio del Pilar, Makati City not later than seven days. We will notify you of the approval and process the request once eligible.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the items and sending it back to the buyer.

 

VINTAGE LUGGAGE LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY:

 

All Wanderskye products underwent performance and quality tests to secure all standards are strictly met before making it available for sale. Wanderskye is committed in providing quality products that are free from material, workmanship and electrical defects. But in an unlikely event that there is a proven problem with the Vintage Luggage caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, Wanderskye, will, in its discretion, either repair or replace your product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.

The warranty provided for herein applies for 1 years upon the purchase.

This warranty does not cover the following;

1. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, water, cosmetic damage or cleaning, normal wear and tear.
2. Damage resulting mishandling by airline and/or any other common transportation/carrier.
3. Improper and incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs done by other service center.
