- Wanderskye is an essentials brand for everyday and one-of-a-kind journeys. We believe that we travel everyday and we want to make your journey comfortable, secure, protected and at the same time stylish.
Who are the designers of Wanderskye products?
- All of our products are designed in the Philippines and for some products that requires illustrations like luggage covers, infinity bags and luggage straps, these are designed by Filipino artists.
Can i submit my design to Wanderskye for a chance to have a collection or product design?

Shipping & Returns
What is the mode of Shipping and when will i receive my order?
- Regular shipping is 5-7 working days
- Courier pick up is same day and is shouldered by the customer. Customer will be the one who’ll book the driver. We accept courier pick up on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can choose this option upon check and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate for the pick up date.
How much is the shipping fee?
- Regular shipping is FREE for orders above P1,000. For orders below P1,000, a P150 shipping fee will be added to your bill.
- Courier pick up is booked by the customer and fee is shouldered by the customer
Can i cancel or change an order after i’ve placed it?
- You can change an item as long as we haven't processed your order (usually within 24 hours). Item should be the same amount or higher that the item to be replaced. The difference shall be paid by the customer. If the new item is lower, refund shall be given via gift card or store credit.
- If you wish to cancel an order, we will refund your payment via Gift Card or Store credit
How do i change or cancel my order?

Where do you ship?
- We ship everywhere!
- For international shipping, shipping fee is calculated upon check out. Should there be a difference once we process it with the courier, we will contact you to pay for the difference.

How do i place an order?
- Our orders are centralised. Kindly place your order at www.wanderskye.com. Select the product > add to cart > enter your contact details , shipping details > choose your mode of payment > checkout
- Once order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us
What are the modes of payment?
- Credit Card and Debit Card
- We accept credit card and debit card. Please choose PayPal in the billing section. You do not need to have a PayPal account to enter your credit card or debit card details

- Bank Payments
- We accept Banco de Oro (BDO) and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) bank payments via online bank transfer or bank deposits. Kindly email your payment slip to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Bank account details is emailed to you once order has been placed
- Choose Gcash upon checkout
- Once order has been placed, go to www.wanderskye.com > About > Shipping & Payment > Scan the Gcash QR Code

Can i customise the design of my luggage cover?
- Yes! You can submit any high resolution image (preferably portrait orientation) to us and we’ll convert it to a luggage cover

Do you accept wholesale or corporate orders?
